A full-position in Corporate Entrepreneurship/ Innovation Management at Associate or full professor level


emlyon business school is looking for a professor in Corporate Entrepreneurship and/or Innovation Management.

The selected candidate is willing to contribute to and lead teaching and international program development on corporate entrepreneurship and innovation management topics and associated collaborative research projects with other members of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department and the school research centers.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications in line with their level of application:

  • PhD / doctorate degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, or a related area
  • Ability to merge theoretical knowledge with practical relevance and to build and manage relationships with practitioners (e.g., company-oriented research projects and/or executive education programs)
  • Evidence of excellent teaching achievements in English at different levels (undergraduate to Executive education), with an interest in pedagogical innovation
  • A minimum of 3 years teaching experience in the domains of Corporate Entrepreneurship / Innovation Management
  • Proven capacity to take on complex and innovative courses' pedagogical responsibilities, including the ability to manage a portfolio of external lecturers
  • Willingness to contribute as academic and pedagogic director of master's programs focused on corporate entrepreneurship and innovation management on different campuses
  • Desire to collaborate in a collegial and dynamic teaching and research team
  • Willingness to travel to our other French campuses (Paris, St. Etienne); teaching on emlyon international campuses (Shanghai, Casablanca, Mumbai) pending candidate´s acceptance
  • Practitioner experience is not required but certainly valuable
  • Show energy, dynamism, and personal/professional ethical values
