Assistant or Associate Professor (tenure track) in Organizational Behavior

THE POSITION

The Organizational Behavior and Management group at emlyon business school has an opening for a full-time tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level, with a focus on health and wellbeing at work and related topics (e.g. wellbeing, stress, cognition and health, connected health & devices, health & big data, etc.). This position is open for the Lyon campus (France), starting in either January or September 2020. 
In joining the OB group, the candidate would also join the Cognition, Behavior and Transformation Research Center (http://www.cbt.em-lyon.com/), an active group of scholars doing research on topics such as organizational justice, organizational change, health and well-being at work, leadership and emotions. Researchers from the center have published in journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Personnel Psychology, and other leading outlets. Applicants should demonstrate the capacity for substantial research achievement and the ability to teach effectively in undergraduate, masters, MBA, and PhD programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Applicants must hold a PhD or doctorate and have a strong research orientation. 
  • Applicants should demonstrate the capacity for substantial research achievement and the ability to teach effectively in undergraduate, masters, and MBA, and PhD programs. 
  • Successful candidates should be able to teach in English
